Encinitas is really five communities under one name, Leucadia, Old Encinitas, New Encinitas, Olivenhain, and Cardiff, and each one moves differently. A cottage a block off Coast Highway 101 is a different job than a horse property in Olivenhain.

Bluff-top homes along the coast come with their own access considerations in places, since erosion setbacks and shared driveways are common on the older coastal lots.
Beach cottages in Leucadia and Old Encinitas often mean tighter stairwells and narrower hallways, which changes how furniture gets carried out. Residential crews plan around that on-site, and the same team handles the larger, more spread-out homes in Olivenhain without missing a step.
Most of the time, yes, though some blocks near the Coast Highway are tight enough that we'll park at the nearest wide spot and carry from there. We plan that out before move day if the street looks tricky.
