Hulk Movers LLC ("Hulk Movers", "we", "us") operates cahulkmover.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it short because our data practices are simple: you send us information so we can help with your move, and that is what we use it for.
What we collect
When you request an estimate or contact us, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, where you are moving from and to, your estimated move date, how you heard about us, and anything you write in a message field. If you call or text us, we have your phone number and the content of that conversation.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. We retain campaign parameters and Google click identifiers with estimate requests so our office can understand which advertising brought an inquiry. When measurement is enabled, Google tags measure page visits and submitted requests. We do not send the name, phone number, email address or moving addresses you enter to Google tags. You can turn measurement off using the measurement preference on this page. Global Privacy Control disables measurement on your browser.
How we use it
- To respond to your estimate request or question, by phone, text or email.
- To plan and carry out your move if you book with us.
- To keep records we are required to keep as a licensed mover (USDOT #3358690).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our website host, and only as needed to do the work.
Text messages (SMS)
If you check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS from Hulk Movers related to account notifications, such as questions about your estimate request and updates about your move. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Keeping and deleting information
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal obligations, then we get rid of them. If you want us to delete the information you sent through the site, ask and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under state law, and we extend the same treatment to everyone who asks. Email or call us using the details below and we will handle it. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
Children
This site is for adults planning a move. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. A change never applies backwards to information you already sent us.
