Suburbs south along I-15, Sandy, Draper, Lehi, tend to have newer construction with more room to park and unload.
Elevation matters here too: the city sits above 4,000 feet with the Wasatch Range framing the east side, and winter snow can affect driveway and street access. If your move date has any flexibility, late spring through early fall avoids most of that.
